Transforming and expanding a factory into a series of interconnected buildings.
CCXD and DROM have worked together on the development of an industrial campus for Sobinco, one of the largest window fitting producers in Europe. The newly planned expansion will enlarge the factory grounds with a new production hall, warehouse, offices and showroom, doubling its floor area to 50.000 sq m by 2022. Building permit in hand we’re moving on to the next stage of the project. A realisation in collaboration with Bureau Bouwtechniek, Istema and Mouton.
